DropHaul Account Notifications

These are the terms for the text messages DropHaul sends to its own users. Your customers get texts from the company that serves them, under that company's own terms.

Program description

DropHaul Account Notifications is operated by DropHaul. Team members of a DropHaul account can choose to receive text notifications about jobs, routes, invoices, and team activity.

How you opt in

Texts are off by default. You opt in yourself inside the DropHaul app, in Settings under Notifications, the first time you turn on a text channel. The app shows this consent statement next to an unchecked box, and you must check it before any text is sent:

You are opting in to receive DropHaul account notification text messages about jobs, routes, invoices, and team activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your consent applies to the mobile number on your profile. If you change the number or this wording changes, the app asks again.

Types of messages

Texts cover:

  • Job and route assignments and changes
  • Invoice and payment activity
  • Team messages and account alerts
  • One-time sign-in codes when you choose phone sign-in

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on the notifications you turn on and your account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. DropHaul does not charge for these texts.

Stop and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in, or turn text channels off in Settings.

Consent

Agreeing to receive texts is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers

Carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages.
